Our comprehensive workforce readiness program is dedicated to empowering job seekers by providing extensive training and support across a variety of essential workforce readiness areas. Our goal is to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in today’s competitive job market. Our program includes:

Career Vision: We guide you in identifying and articulating your long-term career aspirations. By understanding your strengths, passions, and the evolving landscape of your chosen field, we help you create a clear and actionable career vision.

Elevator Pitches: Learn to craft compelling and concise elevator pitches that effectively communicate your unique value proposition to potential employers. This skill is crucial for making a strong first impression and standing out in networking situations.

CV and Resume Building: Receive expert advice on creating standout CVs and resumes tailored to your industry and job goals. We focus on highlighting your achievements, skills, and experiences in a way that catches the eye of hiring managers.

Networking: Master the art of networking, both in person and online. We provide strategies for building and nurturing professional relationships that can lead to job opportunities and career advancement.

LinkedIn Optimization: Discover how to leverage LinkedIn to its fullest potential. From creating an engaging profile to actively participating in industry groups, we teach you how to enhance your professional online presence and attract recruiters.

Job Search Planning: Develop a strategic approach to your job search. We cover everything from identifying target companies and industries to managing your applications and preparing for interviews. Our aim is to make your job search efficient and effective.

Our Industry Experience Challenges will immerse you in the real-world environment of various industries through our Industry Experience Challenges. These challenges provide a unique opportunity to sample different fields, gain valuable experience, and enhance your CV with accomplishments you can confidently discuss in interviews.

Kickoff Meetings: Each challenge begins with a kickoff event where you'll have the chance to meet representatives from our partner organizations. During this session, you'll be presented with a detailed brief outlining the project you need to complete.

Skill Development: As you work on the brief, you'll be challenged to develop both industry-specific and general business skills. These experiences are designed to be highly transferable, equipping you with valuable competencies that will benefit you in any job throughout your career.

Project Recognition: At the conclusion of each Industry Experience Challenge, our partner organizations will review the completed projects and select the top submissions for special recognition. This acknowledgment serves as a testament to your hard work and innovation.

Certificates of Participation: Every participant who successfully completes an Industry Experience Challenge will receive a certificate. To be eligible, your project must meet the high standards set by our partners and the Bon for Work team. This certification not only validates your efforts but also enhances your professional credentials.

The Jusoor Program is designed to help UAE National students transition from university into a job you love in the private sector. The program covers:
